We help our students and graduates realize the opportunities available in the construction trades firsthand. Run by experienced leaders in the trades, as well as counseling, business and economic development, our dynamic team provides
“a hand up, not a hand out”
to many who desperately wish to rebuild their lives.

COMMUNITY
The work we do goes beyond helping our students to earn a living wage. The impact of new jobs and the life skills that we impart to them positively affects families and communities throughout our region.
